We bake our slow-fermented sourdough every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Place your preorder by 1 PM Cairo time the day before your chosen bake. Orders received after the cutoff will be booked for the next available bake, subject to availability.

  • Preorder deadlines: Saturday, Monday & Wednesday at 1 PM Cairo time
  • Small batches — reserve ahead to secure your loaves
  • Pickup from Mena Garden City, 6 October. Delivery available depending on your area.
