Shipping and Delivery Policy

Sourdough & Crumb currently offers pickup and local delivery depending on location, courier availability, and bake-day schedule.

Pickup

Pickup is available from our baking location in Mena Garden City, 6 October. We do not currently operate as a walk-in shop. Pickup details will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Local delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas. Delivery fees depend on the customer’s location and will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Please provide a clear address, phone number, and location pin when requested. Delays may happen due to traffic, courier scheduling, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Bake days and preorder timing

Our sourdough is made slowly and cold-fermented before baking. For this reason, preorders must be confirmed 2 days before each bake day.

If a bake day is sold out, we may offer the next available bake day.

Delivery timing

We will share delivery updates when the courier is on the way whenever possible. Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order at the agreed location and time, the order may not be eligible for a refund because our products are fresh and perishable.

Product care after delivery

Bread is best stored sliced in the freezer if not eaten quickly. Take out the slices you need and toast them in a pan for a couple of minutes on each side.

Sweets should be stored in an airtight container or according to the instructions provided with your order.

Incorrect delivery details

Sourdough & Crumb is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing location pins, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.
