Storage Instructions
Our bread is baked fresh and made without unnecessary shortcuts, so proper storage helps keep it tasting its best.
Sourdough loaves
If you plan to eat your loaf quickly, you can keep it in a bag at room temperature for a short time.
For the best storage, we recommend slicing the loaf and freezing it.
To eat, take out the slices you want and toast them in a pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
This keeps the bread fresher for longer and gives you a crisp outside with a soft inside.
Soft breads
Soft breads are best kept sealed in a bag or airtight container.
If you do not plan to finish them quickly, slice and freeze them. Toast or warm slices before serving.
Sweets
Brownies, muffins, cookies, and other sweets should be stored in an airtight container.
For longer storage, freeze and thaw as needed.
Best way to enjoy
Our sourdough is especially good lightly toasted and used for open-faced sandwiches, eggs, avocado, cheese, butter, jam, or your favorite toppings.
