Welcome to Sourdough & Crumb. By placing an order through our website, social media, WhatsApp, or any other ordering channel, you agree to the following terms.

Products and availability

Our products are handmade in small batches. Availability may change depending on bake days, preorder volume, ingredient availability, and seasonal menu changes.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, photos, and availability accurate, but we may update or change them at any time without notice.

Preorders

Most of our products are made by preorder. Sourdough orders must be confirmed 2 days before the bake day because the dough is mixed, shaped, and cold-fermented before baking.

If preorder spots are full, we may not be able to accept additional orders for that bake day.

Order confirmation

An order is only confirmed after we receive the required order details and payment confirmation, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is available from our baking location in Mena Garden City, 6 October. Delivery may be available depending on your area and courier availability. Delivery fees vary by location.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information, delivery details, and location pins when needed.

Allergens and ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and other allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering.

Gluten-free items, when available, are made with care; however, unless clearly stated otherwise, we are not a certified gluten-free facility and cross-contact may be possible.

Wholesale and partnerships

We accept wholesale inquiries and local partnership requests from cafés, restaurants, offices, markets, and specialty food businesses. Wholesale availability, pricing, minimum quantities, and delivery details are discussed separately.

Payments

Prices are listed in Egyptian pounds/le unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed according to the payment method provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

Refusal or cancellation of orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if needed, including cases of product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations.

Use of website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or ordering channels means you accept the updated terms.
