We currently operate by confirmed preorder only and do not have a walk-in retail shop.

Pickup

Pickup is available from Mena Garden City, 6 October after your order is confirmed.

Pickup details and timing will be shared with you once your order is ready.

Delivery

Local delivery is available depending on your area and courier availability.

Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed before your order is finalized. Please send your area or location pin so we can check the delivery fee for you.

Preorder timing

Our sourdough is mixed, shaped, and cold-fermented in the fridge before baking. Because of this, preorders need to be confirmed 2 days before each bake day.

This gives every loaf enough time to develop flavor, texture, and a proper sourdough crumb.

Delivery timing

We will let you know when the courier is on the way whenever possible.

Exact delivery times can vary depending on traffic, route, courier schedule, and customer availability.

Important delivery notes

• Please make sure your phone number, address, and location pin are correct.
• If the courier cannot reach you, the order may be delayed or unable to be delivered.
• Since our products are fresh and perishable, missed deliveries may not be eligible for refund.
