Our menu includes small-batch sourdough loaves, soft breads, sweets, and seasonal bakery items. We are also expanding into more options, including gluten-free sourdough and specialty breads.

Wholesale availability

Because our bread is made slowly and fermented before baking, wholesale orders must be confirmed in advance. This allows us to plan mixing, cold fermentation, baking, cooling, and packing properly.
